I love...like really love date balls because they are easy to make, all they need are simple pantry ingredients that I almost always have on hand. Whenever I'm craving something sweet, I usually whip up a batch of date balls.
Date balls are super easy to mix up and roll into cute bite-size treats; they're going to be your new make-ahead snack recipe to keep on hand for healthy snacking or breakfasts on the go. And most importantly, they are just irresistibly good!

How do you make no-bake tahini date balls?
To make these date balls, you simply:
- Blend all the ingredients. First add the seeds and give a quick blitz, then add the pitted dates, tahini, and oats. Blend in the food processor until the mixture is well combined with no chunks of dates.
- Roll into balls. Once the mixture is combined, it's a bit crumbly, which is what you're looking for. Wet your hands and scoop out a tablespoon amount, and roll into a ball.
- Coat with your favourite topping. After you've rolled your date mixture into balls, then roll into your topping to coat. You can choose sesame seeds, shredded coconuts, or ground nuts.
